Fishing Camp: What's Included?
Included
- Accommodation and Meals: Accommodation will be at the Noray Hostel, located in Barruera (Lérida province), with full-board service. Main meals will be served in the Noray restaurant, except on excursion days.
- Facilities and Rooms: The children will be organized into shared rooms for four children. Each child will have their own bed with sheets, blankets, and towels included. Additionally, each room has a private bathroom, and both the room and bathroom will be cleaned daily, with beds made up as part of the service.
- Specialized Staff: A certified fishing guide will be in charge of a group of up to four children, supervising activities throughout the day. Additionally, Adrián will coordinate the group and assist the parents with daily matters.
- Additional Guide for Catfish Fishing Days: On days designated for catfish fishing, an additional guide will be part of the team, responsible for preparing the waters and handling the logistics of the activity. During these days, the ratio will be one guide per two children.
- Fishing Equipment: The camp provides all the necessary fishing gear (rods, reels, lures, flies, waders, etc.), though it is recommended that children bring their own equipment if they have it.
- Fishing Permits: Daily fishing permits will be provided, and parents must arrange the fishing license free of charge before the camp begins.
- Transportation and Support Vehicle: A support vehicle will be available to transport the children to various fishing areas or for any other needs, such as taking a child to the medical center if necessary.
- Permanent Assistance: An emergency phone will be available 24 hours a day for any urgent needs. This phone will be the camp monitor's phone.
- Medical Care: There is a small medical center in Barruera for the children's care.
- Special Diets: We offer adapted menus for individuals with allergies and other food intolerances.
- Insurance: The camp includes accident insurance for guided fishing activities, as well as civil liability insurance. The company (VIAJES PESCA MOSCA SL) is properly registered as a travel agency and active tourism activity provider. However, we recommend purchasing additional insurance that covers accidents, rescues, and cancellations through Global Rescue or an insurance agency, to cover any eventuality, as the provided insurance only covers the guided fishing activity. This additional insurance is particularly recommended for participants from outside the EU. EU children should have their European Health Insurance Card or, if applicable, private insurance.
Not Included
- Travel Insurance: We offer travel insurance through Global Rescue, which will cover any accidents, rescues, or reimbursement for cancellations due to specific reasons. This insurance is essential for children from outside the EU. Children from the EU who do not have insurance must have the corresponding European Health Insurance Card.
- Airport transfers: are available upon request, but they are not included in the camp price. The cost is €150 per journey (one way) and €150 per return.
- Cancellation Insurance: In cases such as trip cancellation due to health issues, if the deadline indicated in the travel details has passed and the corresponding insurance has not been contracted, the amount specified in the cancellation policy will be forfeited.
- Exclusions: Anything not mentioned in the "included" section.
Information for participants from outside the EU:
- A valid passport with a visa is required to stay in the European Union for the duration of the expedition.
- Participants must also have travel health insurance that covers any illness that may occur during the expedition. Accident and liability insurance is included exclusively for the guided river fishing activity for all participants, regardless of whether they are from the EU or from outside the EU.
Cancellation Policy:
- For trips canceled less than 90 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount, corresponding to the total cost of the trip, will be forfeited unless a substitute is found. In the case of cancellations made more than 90 days in advance, 50% of the reservation, which is equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the trip, will be lost if the traveler cannot be replaced. The remaining 50%, if already paid, will be refunded or can be applied to future trips.
