3 afternoon Spanish lessons (1 hour each).
Enjoy an 11-day fishing expedition through the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea, alongside the spectacular Ebro Delta. Participants may join the camp directly at Hostal Noray (Barruera), at Lleida-Pirineus Train Station (free transfer included), or at Barcelona Airport (BCN) (optional airport transfer available at an additional cost). At the end of the programme, campers can be collected from Albergue Maria Rosa Molas (Tortosa), Camp de Tarragona Train Station (free transfer included), or Barcelona Airport (BCN) via our optional airport transfer service.
PARTICIPANTS
Campers from different countries share an international environment while discovering a wide variety of freshwater and saltwater fishing techniques. Throughout the programme, they may target impressive species such as giant catfish, Atlantic bluefin tuna, brown trout, black bass, zander, European perch, barbel, carp, European seabass, mullet, gilthead seabream, white seabream and horse mackerel.
Spinning is the main fishing technique taught during the camp, complemented by fly fishing, pole fishing and specialised methods for catching trophy catfish.
Programme
The experience goes far beyond fishing. Campers will visit wildlife rescue centres and a fish hatchery, fish in mountain rivers and lakes, swim in rivers and at the beach, learn fly tying and essential fishing knots, and take part in trout stocking activities alongside environmental officers, gaining a deeper understanding of conservation and aquatic ecosystems.

Start: Arrival at Hostal Noray (Barruera), Lleida-Pirineus Train Station or Barcelona Airport (BCN).
Today’s Goal: Welcome, transfers, check-in and the first fishing session.
Finish: Hostal Noray, Barruera.
Participants may join the camp in one of three ways: directly at Hostal Noray, by train at Lleida-Pirineus Station (free transfer included), or at Barcelona Airport (BCN) using our optional airport transfer service (additional cost).
After all campers have arrived, they will settle into their rooms, meet their guides and enjoy their first fishing experience.
Schedule:
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Optional airport pick-up at Barcelona Airport (BCN).*
- 5:00 PM: Check-in at Hostal Noray (participants arriving directly by car).
- 5:30 PM: Welcome meeting and first fishing session.

Today’s goal: Learn the fundamentals of spinning and immediately apply them on the river.
Finish: Hostal Noray.
Following a short introduction covering casting techniques, safety and equipment, campers head straight to the river for a fully guided fishing session focused on brown trout.

- 1:30 PM: Lunch.
- 3:00–4:30 PM: Spanish lesson.

Each day takes campers to a different fishing destination, allowing them to experience new environments, techniques and target species.
Depending on weather and river conditions, participants may fish for giant catfish, carp, barbel, zander, European perch, black bass and brown trout across reservoirs, lakes and mountain rivers.
Fishing is combined with environmental activities including visits to wildlife rescue centres and fish hatcheries, language lessons, fly-tying workshops and trout conservation projects carried out with local environmental officers.

- 8:30 AM: Fishing for a different species each day in a different location, targeting giant catfish, perch, zander, trout, carp, barbel, black bass and other species.
- 2:00 PM: Lunch at Restaurante Noray or packed lunch, depending on the plan.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Two or three days of Spanish classes during the programme.
- 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Fishing for a different species each day in a different location, targeting giant catfish, perch, zander, trout, carp, barbel, black bass and other species.

- 10:00 PM: Family phone calls.

After breakfast, campers leave the Pyrenees and travel south to the Ebro Delta, one of Europe’s most important wetlands. Following lunch and check-in, the group heads out for its first fishing experience in this unique coastal environment.
Schedule:

- 9:30 AM: Departure for the Ebro Delta.
- 1:30 PM: Arrival and lunch.
- 4:30–8:00 PM: Afternoon fishing session.
- 8:30 PM: Dinner.

Today’s goal: Discover the best fishing locations throughout the Ebro Delta while targeting a wide range of saltwater and brackish-water species, including European seabass, mullet, carp, gilthead seabream, white seabream, horse mackerel and the legendary giant Atlantic bluefin tuna, as well as many other local species.
Every day takes place in a different location, allowing campers to experience new habitats, techniques and fishing opportunities. Depending on conditions, they may catch European seabass, mullet, carp, gilthead seabream, white seabream, horse mackerel and many other local species.
The highlight of the programme is the offshore charter trip in search of the legendary giant Atlantic bluefin tuna, an unforgettable experience for every young angler.
Additional activities include environmental workshops, species identification, knot tying and beach games.

Fishing Camp: What's Included?
Included
- Full Board Accommodation: Campers will stay in carefully selected hostels, youth hostels and hotels, with full board throughout the entire programme.
- Shared Rooms: Comfortable shared rooms organised by age and gender, all with private bathrooms.
- Professional Fishing Guides: Qualified fishing instructors supervise every activity, maintaining a maximum ratio of 1 guide for every 4 campers.
- Fishing Equipment: All fishing tackle is provided, including rods, reels, lures, flies, waders and other essential equipment. Participants are welcome to bring their own gear if preferred.
- Fishing Permits: All daily fishing permits required during the programme are included. Participants only need to hold the corresponding regional fishing licence.
- Local Transportation: Every transfer between accommodation, fishing locations and activities is included.
- 24/7 Supervision: Our staff provides continuous supervision and assistance throughout the camp.
- Medical Assistance: Quick access to healthcare facilities is available whenever necessary.
- Special Diets: Meals can be adapted for allergies, food intolerances and special dietary requirements.
- Liability Insurance: all camp activities are covered by public liability insurance.

- Trip cancellation insurance.
- Medical insurance (required for participants travelling from outside the European Union).
- Optional private airport transfer from Barcelona Airport (BCN) to Hostal Noray (Barruera): €550 per booking.
- Optional private airport transfer from Albergue Maria Rosa Molas (Tortosa) to Barcelona Airport (BCN): €300 per booking.
- Any service not expressly listed under "Included".
Information for participants from outside the EU:
- A valid passport with a visa is required to stay in the European Union for the duration of the expedition.
- Participants must also have travel health insurance that covers any illness that may occur during the expedition. Accident and liability insurance is included exclusively for the guided river fishing activity for all participants, regardless of whether they are from the EU or from outside the EU.
Cancellation Policy:
- For trips canceled less than 90 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount, corresponding to the total cost of the trip, will be forfeited unless a substitute is found. In the case of cancellations made more than 90 days in advance, 50% of the reservation, which is equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the trip, will be lost if the traveler cannot be replaced. The remaining 50%, if already paid, will be refunded or can be applied to future trips.
